This week on Fitness With Feldman, Doctor Justin Feldman starts off a fun new series with focus on planning a marathon training schedule. Justin has decided to take a run at the 2018 Chicago Marathon, and in the coming weeks he is going to walk through his process of creating his training plan, selecting a schedule and setting his goals. This week he talks about his first step, getting down to training weight. Too often people try to loose weight while training for a race, and this often leads to under recovery, and simply not taking in the calories needed to heal and repair the damages caused by training.
