This week on Fitness With Feldman, physical therapist, doctor John Nunez, talks about how he advises patients and clients to pick between stretching and strengthening.  As physical therapists we often see these two used at the wrong times, quite often by people who feel something, and then consult “doctor google” and end up treating themselves fro something they don’t really have.
