This week on Fitness With Feldman Just talks about how maybe taking a break from your usual routine can help get you to your goals and keep you motivated.  No matter what your goals are we try and set a schedule and stick to it, but maybe we would be better off if we weren’t so rigid with our schedule and left time for a little more randomness now and then.

Justin also talks about the benefits of trying to learn something new, and develop a new skill.  This weeks challenge is to think of something new you are going to learn or build into your fitness routine!
