MEGAN VONEGYPT, PT, DPT

Let me start off by saying that I am so excited to be here!

As a frequent flier in PT myself over the years, I understand how you’re feeling right now.  And, if you’re looking at this page, that means you’re in the absolute right place to start feeling like YOU again.

My PT journey began as a patient during my senior year of high school.  I was gearing up for my collegiate soccer career and wanted to get rid of the nagging knee pain I’d been experiencing for months.  At the time, I was listening to my parents’ endless questions about what I would study in school.  After seeing how much fun my PT sessions were, I made the decision to study physical therapy and the rest is history!

A little bit about me- I grew up here in Lagrange and have spent countless hours on all of the soccer fields in the area (as a player and coach), and have run many miles on the rail trail (as a recreational runner).  I met my husband Nick at the soccer field (of course) and we have two awesome kiddos together named Levi and Ella.

Working with me, you’ll experience a laid-back, fun environment where you can truly be yourself and work towards goals that are important to you.  In the clinic, you are my top priority and our time spent together will always be purposeful.  I work to make sure you achieve your goals, understand your treatment plan, and are 100% involved in making it work for you and your life.

When I’m not in the clinic with you, I’m at home taking care of my kiddos.  In these past few years of motherhood, I’ve learned problem solving skills (ie how to present my toddler’s dinner plate so that he’ll eat it), extreme patience (ie waiting for my toddler to do just about anything I ask, especially when we’re in a rush), and how to make even the most mundane of tasks so much fun (like brushing your teeth or getting dressed).  All kidding aside, my time as a mom has made me become a better listener, a more thoughtful person, and an excellent planner, which I believe are all skills that make me the best physical therapist for you.

The team here at Feldman Physical Therapy is awesome and I am so grateful to be a part of it.  Justin gave me my first physical therapy aide job many years ago and John has treated my sports injuries countless times and has been a mentor to me since I was in PT school!  It has been a goal of mine to be able to work with and learn from everyone here for years and I am very excited to be here now!

Currently, my work as a PT and as a mom keep me pretty busy.  However, I do find the time to do things that I enjoy, including working out (all types), running, playing soccer, reading books, and eating chocolate (of course!). If any of these interests are shared, let’s get to know each other better and see how I can help you reach your goals!

We are so happy you’re here, now let’s have some fun!
