RATES AND INSURANCE
Insurance
Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance is not currently a participating provider with any insurance plans. Why? The answer is quite simple—we would not be able to provide the high level of care and individualized treatment that we do at the rates insurance companies currently pay for physical therapy treatment.
Therapists at clinics that accept these insurance rates are required to see 3–4 patients per hour and usually spend an average of 15 minutes of one-on-one time with each patient while aides and technicians instruct patients in exercises. At Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance, you spend the entire hour with your therapist so that you will heal faster in fewer visits.
While your first reaction may be that our method will cost you more money out-of-pocket, you will see below that our system will actually save you money while providing you with faster and better treatment.
Our Rates
The rate for all treatments is $160 per hour-long session. Most patients will only require one session per week, although a few benefit from two sessions per week.
The Math is in Your Favor
At Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance, we believe this is a better way to deliver the best possible care, as it will save you both time and money.

The Typical Way
An average patient is asked to see a physical therapist three times per week. During those visits, you work with an actual physical therapist for 15 minutes each session—a total of 45 minutes. If your co-pay is $30 per visit, you’re paying $90 for 45 minutes of time with a therapist.
A typical patient is asked to see a physical therapist for a period of 6–8 weeks (18–24 visits). That means your $30 co-pay will cost you between $540–$720.
The Feldman Physical Therapy Way
The same patient at Feldman Physical Therapy will only require one appointment per week.
They will spend the full 60 minutes with a physical therapist at a cost of $160.
Because of the extra time spent with a therapist each week, you will only require 3-4 weeks of therapy.
That means the total cost to you for 3-4 sessions is only $480–$640!

Can I Get Reimbursed From My Insurance Company
In most cases, the answer to this is YES! For most insurance companies, you can find a claim form on their website. Simply print it out and submit it along with your receipts and treatment codes that we provide for you. The amount you are reimbursed is dependent on your “Out-Of-Network Physical Therapy” expense benefits.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Wouldn’t you like to be pain free in half the time? Why make 18–24 visits to a physical therapist when you can receive better results in 3–4 visits. Most people find it difficult to take an hour out of their day three days a week to go to treatments—not to mention, gas, traffic, and getting a sitter. And if your co-pay is higher, or you have a high deductible, the benefits of Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance are even greater!
There’s no question—this is a better way!
