Increasing your daily activity level can sound much easier than it is, we are all busy, and often times we may set aside time for exercises, but 30 minutes of exercise cannot undo a whole day of sitting around. We all need to be better and simply trying to be more active.
Justin and John talk about trying to stand and walk while on the phone, taking walking meetings, simply choosing to walk to a destination instead of driving, and even making it into a game with family and co-workers. Have a listen and let us know what you think.
