Golf Performance

Dr. Justin Feldman is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and utilizes a 16-movement physical screening examination along with video swing analysis to determine what your individual physical limitations are and how they could be affecting your golf game.

Whether you’re plagued with pain or recurring injuries, can’t seem to get rid of those nasty, hooks, slices, or pulls; or are looking to add distance to your game, a Golf Performance Evaluation is for you.

Golf is like any other sport: your strength, balance, and flexibility are all important factors in determining your performance and reducing your risk of injury.

Every Golf Performance Evaluation by Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance begins with a 16-movement physical screening and is followed by a video swing analysis. After the evaluation, you will be instructed in exercises and stretches designed to specifically address the issues identified.

Every golfer knows the feeling: you take a lesson, then play poorly for a week or two until you see any results. Have you ever wondered why this is? Sometimes the reason is that your swing flaw is your body’s way of compensating for some limitation in your strength, flexibility, and/or balance. When you’re told to change your compensation, it takes time for your body to learn a new one. Stop compensating and start improving your game today!
