This week on Fitness With Feldman, physical therapist, Doctor Justin Feldman talks about getting into the 2018 Chicago Marathon. He briefly describes what he expects his training plan to look like, and what each section of the plan will focus on. Justin also talks about his plan to keep his long runs at 16 miles or under, and to focus on recovery. Justin points out that he feels many running related injuries are a result of under recovery, and not always over training.
