A few weeks ago a patient of mine sent me an article over facebook and wanted to know what I thought of it. The article was titled “11 Exercises Not To Do Once You Turn 40”. Just from the title I wasn’t a fan because I hate telling people what the should not, or cannot do, I’d much rather give them things they can do.
In this first episode of Fitness With Feldman we discuss this article and take a look at all 11 things they told everyone over 40 to avoid. The big take home is to make sure you are doing things that will help you reach your goals, that you are doing whatever you are doing with proper form and technique, and that you have the proper mobility to do allow you to do what you are trying to do well.
