This week on Fitness With Feldman, doctor Justin Feldman, from Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance discuss a situation where a patient returned with a list of restrictions 1 year following a total knee replacement that were very silly. We talk about how important movements like a squat, and deadlift are to a normal, functional lifestyle, and how they don’t always need to involve large amounts of weight or resistance.
Justin will talk about the importance of making sure you can do these movements well, and properly to ensure you can do simple things, like sit in a chair and pick up things off the floor. Have a listen and let us know what you think. Has anyone ever told you never to do something?
