I hear it all the time from runners I work with, “I love to run, but I never seem to make the time to strength train.” Well Feldman Physical Therapy and Performance is excited to announce that today we are going to help you solve that problem. We are officially launching a brand new service in conjunction with our friends at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie called, Body Weight Strength Training For Runners!
This is going to be a video subscription service, each week we will release two 30 min videos with exercises specifically geared to making you a better, more efficient, and injury free runner. All subscribers will get access to all past episodes, so you can repeat them whenever you like, or just go back and reference a particular exercise you enjoyed. All the exercises will require nothing more than your body weight, so you won’t need to go to the gym or purchase any equipment.
